That doesn’t explain it. They don’t NEED to buy a single share in the buyback. So why not go with the absolutely standard 10% authority level? Does it have something to do with Somers’ existing shareholding level, and a concern by TGA that they’d possibly be taken to the Panel again if they went for 10%?
