    Currently div payout is 37% of the NSW EBITA, with the US$1.08 billion payment to be received end of March, I can't see why they can't increase that to 100% payout, note: this is for NSW EBITA only. Extrapolating H1 '25 EBITA, div would come to approx 24c per year. Depending on the QLD earnings we may get special extra distributions in between.
    The above is assuming for '26FY. If we take a more conservative approach, and assume EBITA is kept to repay debt etc (as I am assuming the US$1.08 payment will cover the US$1.1 milestone payment for the next 3 years), this will be a cash cow from '27FY (conservatively) onwards.
