Interesting commentary from Paul and Kevin on the Analyst Call.
The decision to split the capital return 50/50 with the buy-back and dividend seems to be due to the increasing foreign shareholders which have preferences for Buy Backs.
Moving forward, it seemed to be indicated that this would be the approach taken to capital management.
