These are shares the company bought back over the last month. Once bought back they are cancelled reducing the remaining number of shares and supposedly increasing the price per share. So far roughly $60M has been spent buying back shares with another $274M possible to be used. See

Also that the market knows the company is in the market buying shares it tends to support the share price. So the QBE board decided to spend some money reducing the number of shares instead of increasing dividends or investing in extra growth.
