Event a) they release news and deliver and stock goes up
Event b) they release news and don't deliver on time( but still deliver) stock goes down
Event c) They don't release news and deliver, stock goes up
Event d) they don't release news and don't deliver on time, stock goes up
Event e) They don't release news and don't deliver, stock slowly drops
why risk pre emptive news with no upside
