    It means that the snouts at the trough have missed out on a bunch of free shares and options that they would have received if their performance was up to scratch.

    Notably, it also means that they've only just noticed that they should have announced almost a year ago that 325,000 options expired.

    So overall, it's informing the market about office holders' epic incompetence.over the last year.
