I wouldn’t say they make money. Yes they receive cash in exchange for exercising shares at 4.5 cents. Considering we are now well cashed up for the foreseeable future wouldn’t you prefer they raise any additional funds at a price that isn’t a ~35% discount to the most recent close? For current holders, seeing that some people didn’t further dilute our register with such a discount is a blessing in my eyes.
