Otherwise it is hard to explain the performance rights with expiry dates 31/10/2023 is ceased with "Lapse of conditional right to securities because the conditions have not been, or have become incapable of being, satisfied".
It might not be the coincidence with today's 5.6 million shares flooded on the market. The question then is who this person is, not directors, not executives, and with millions of shares.
