The 563309 performance rights expiring at 31/10/ 2023 was probably issued to Mr. Malcolm, which is exact the number in the announcement “Final director’ interest notice” disclosed on 30/11/2022.
The other 103749 performance rights to be expired at 31/10/2024 is probably what Mr. Malcolm was eligible for. But in his final director’s interest notice, no such entitlement mentioned at all except the performance rights to be expired at 31/10/2023. That is what I am uncertain about.
