Hi everyone. Just ignore all my previous posts on the warrants . As I said I am not the sharpest tool in the pack and I think I have got it completely wrong. I will have another go and stand stand corrected if anyone wants to disagree. As I see it now PFG have three options -Option 1 - convert 49,388 warrants into 49,388 shares at a conversion price of $25.31 for a total cost of $1,250,010.Option 2 - Put the warrants to the company and receive a cash payout of $1,500,000.Option 3 - Effect a cashless exchange (if the fair market value exceeds the exercise price) based on the formula eg: if the share price hits $200 PFG could receive 43,138 free shares.Hope I have got it right this time.
