So there are now 17,454,526 shares fully diluted (counting warrants and options) with no convertible notes outstanding. It's good to be able to get a specific number. I've figured that 25 million shares fully diluted should get us to profitability provided everything goes to plan. 7,545,474 shares will be worth $226 million at $30 (a conservative average price for future raises), which should more than get us there. Throw in the cash from option and warrant exercises and we are in really good shape to keep the share count down going forward.

And in 4-5 years when we’re a $60b company with 25-30m shares there will be a few happy shareholders with life changing value.
