Fun picture for the week. 12CQ is working on miniaturising this. Currently working on shrinking all those blue wires and integrating as much as possible on a semiconductor chip along with the qubit architecture on left. This is where quantum computing is headed. There are a few are trying this with different materials like silicon. The 12CQ is using carbon.
