@Green56FJ I think you will find that the hole 57,500,000 shares were all vested, they were done in several parcels if you look at all the securities quoted, it shows something like 86,149,860 you will find that Lou has vested some of the options previously as it only shows that he needed to vest 41,750,000, you can see the remainder of them vested in the three lots as they don't reflect accurate numbers that Louis has converted as there are others that have vested some as well, I have indicated in my previous post 56503211 just as an example that on the 10/10 /2021 some more were due to expire, & I think you will find that they would have been added to the conversion in the last lot in that 42M+ that only supports my way of thinking ...
It will be interesting to see the new top 20 after this little spat ... anyway, the 4E is out in Feb 2022 as all will be reveald.
