Well IMO as a minimum the Co owes it shareholders the following (off the top of my head & in no particular order)

1. To deliver on its commitments and be accountable for what it says.
2. For management to run the company in a professional manner
3. To manage its overhead costs responsibly & in line with revenue / sales forecasts
4. To communicate equally with all shareholders (with written transcript record)
5. To fully utilise the asx for both price & non price sensitive announcements
6. To provide a professional & prompt Co IR communication channel for all shareholders
7. To provide a forecast revenue timeline updated quarterly
8. To set stretch performance objectives for key staff, and shares only issued for achievement of objectives, with independent oversight.
9. To issue renumeration packages inline with Co growth phases.
