Mate gotta disagree, that’s even more relevant when the Co states it expects “explosive sales” So based on what?…gut feel? or confidence in customer leads? & known products?…something
In my experience revenue is always forecast including revenue pipeline, inc tender and sales leads likelihood based on confidence levels %. If the Co doesn’t have a revenue horizon forecast, what performance targets are they setting the sales team? I hope the sales team aren’t making up their own targets
What growth targets have been set by the board for the CEO?
