Sense of urgency is key word mate.
Just as they had their secret meeting with the other cohort of investors, I think it's more than reasonable and fair to have an informal meeting with the ones who were not "invited", many of whom including myself hold considerable amounts of shares. We deserve that at least. Voicing feelings by letter and this forum is making no bloody difference....
