Just to add as Gone mentioned options were not exercised no more shares created, no more dilution. However no more money raised. So if the company does do another CR it will means a lower price than 46c, probably around 23c so twice the number of shares would be created to raise the same amount of capital.
What we need from CANN is for them to avoid a CR.
