Ann: Notification of cessation of securities - CE1, page-3

On the 27 Feb they announced that they expected to receive the Tax ruling that the the payment would be a return of capital in 30 t0 90 days and they would make the payment as soon as possible after that .
They are now past their worse case time estimate , you would think at least an up date of estimated payment date is due .
