While we have some of the best financials for the business ever, the market sentiment is directly related to CN's abysmal track record of protecting SH's value, (with a 100% record of lower future CR's) their is a fair amount of hostility and nervousness there that can only be overturned with continued improvement in business performance. However though I feel with only the financing facility (and a slow release on that one) and no other deals over the last 18+ months, IMO I'd suggest the market isn't seeing enough energy to grow the revenue faster enough to change the overall sentiment.
