I can't see why a $2.5m capped company has four non executive directors. The ASX requirement is for minimum of 3.
CMO stated in a release last October that they were going to maintain a clear focus on capital management. How does that align with this ?
Maybe the directors will be drawing minimal fees until they work out a course for CMO going forward.

Andrew Patterson has proven himself to be a very capable exploration geologist as seen by his work at GBR. He is also there to represnt GBR's 20% odd holding in CMO.
Ranko Matic came on board when James departed effective immediately to meet ASX requirement of minimum 3 directors. It also made sense to have an accountant when you looked at the preceding financials.
