well, in my opinion i personally won't expect anything in annual report as change has wider impact on many aspect of the business.
however disappointing this is that Paul E still running show with same old same old board and CEO. what is needed is new CEO from outside and completely new board except Paul E.... for real change to take effect in my opinion... but time will tell how things eventuates for this one.
