Yes most off that you wouldn't exercise in the money options if possible rather than let expire however there may have been other conditions other than just employment or total term of employment? Would need to look back to when they were initially issued and who to under the incentive scheme. Where they issued but in escrow until a time xx years or until other event passed - odd as it would generally apply to all securities in the issue ?

Also to date at SPL no Initial Dir statement of holdings has been lodged so unsure if 8 Jan start date changed or SPL tardy with paperwork or some other reason .
