1. It has ran bit hard since the share purchase plan was announced, so its about time for a correction
2. DUI has poor liquidity, any sizable sale will result in big fluctuation in price
3. There is nothing to worry about, it will swing from huge discount to small discount and sometimes to premium..... Mr Market reacts weird, no one can tell...
