If it is Dale, than he recognized EGR is a dead frog in the water and if he did not want to endanger his excellent reputation he has to leave. Also like excellent soccer players the best leaves if the rest of the team is below average. Nobody will win championship with one top scorer and a bunch of low to no performer. I hope that is not Dale!
