Not sure who the 5 million was issued to My quick look back, Morgans got 25 million of the 30 for doing the placement in 2021. The positive is holders did not get diluted.
But scottm posted in November that they a Morgan had a valuation of EQR of 16c and 4 months later they could not justify buying at 4.32c.
Going to be interest what Morgans have to say after the next Quarterly. Not sure if Scottm will share through.
