    Either way PD won't be developed by ESS that's for sure. ESS board looks eager to cash out since January. TLEA won't pay above 50c. Any further bids will be blocked by MIN 19.55%. Maybe 3rd party white wizard might appear like Gandalf out of nowhere but hope is hardly a strategy. Voting not till 12-Oct. Guess we have to wait and see.
