    The DVP offer effectively means you are selling ESS low and buying DVP high

    Underwriter had to pick up the majority of the DVP retail offer (maybe why the DVP SP went under 3.20 today) so majority of their retail holders by number of shares don’t rate DVP as worth further investment at 3.20 far less than the 3.40 plus they want us to “pay” in this scheme.
