With the current ESS management in place I can't see our assets developed in a timely manner. I don't believe there is enough quality to get us forward.
Okay I agree with you that DVP isn't paying top dollar for our assets, B.B has a proven record for not paying over the top but he gets things done.
But it's not a cash offer, we are actually not disposing our assets. We are taking part and becoming part of in a much bigger growth story with a proven top notch management with great contacts in WA mining.
