They were Dtor options that they were gifted back in Feb 2022. they've swapped them for 6m @ $0.90 exp 6/9/2028....plus granted themselves an extra 3M @ $2.00 (which is more like it) same ex date.
All OKayed at the recent AGM where the 3 Dtors tied their re-election and grant of option results to all of them staying or all of them going.
