You getting discount to NTA because the gearing is high and if rates going to stay high for longer then situation isn't going to change anytime soon... share price is different all together as it goes up & down based on sentiment.
Next week report will put more light into where this one stand in term of gearing etc etc. Healthscope issue is real issue and can't be discount out.
