    Inflation came in very light last night and jobless claims were still relatively strong.

    In other words, no real tick up in unemployment and inflation is coming down faster than anticipated.

    This is exactly what the Fed wants to see to start cutting rates.

    Market will tilt back towards no recession and lower rates, which is the perfect set up for REITS.
