Project goes well get free options in the money, project does not go well fall back on the big salary. Win win in the trough.
Waited for long to raise additional funding, difficult to go back to the banks for more loans with interest rate so high. When are they going to tap the shareholders for a raising? Or are they going to do more mates rate deals with EMR and shafting other shareholders.
