No speculation, the 1 million cancelled Zero cost Options dated 22 December 2026 , i.e free shares worth today $110,000, were issued to the CFO on 22 December 2022.
The CFO has exercised 2 million Zero cost options over the past 2 years.
The only vesting condition was being part of the Team at certain dates. Given the ASX Announcement stated the Options cannot meet there vesting condition means tje CFO has gone.
As the Board has stated it is go go go on exploration, we need employees and from the Annual Accounts we only had one Part Timer.
