Oh, from December 2022 to July 2024, the CFO and then also Company Secretary of Indiana was the SOLE Director and Owner and of Indiana's main geological service provider, Target.
Target is a 100 percent subsidiary of Obsidian Metals, and during the time mentioned above INDIANA'S CFO was also the sole shareholder and Director of Obsidian Metals.
LOOK AT THE LOLLIES OBSIDIAN also received from Barnes' leed Scorpion,. 10's of millions of options, huge consulting fees etc.
Indiana's CFO is also a Director of Scorpion were Barnes is the Chairperson.
What is telling is OBSIDIAN was set up when Mike Fotios was in his 3 year Bankruptcy period. Mike now ownes Obsidian and hence Target (Mike has being signing off on all Indiana's Technical ASX Reports this year). Mike and his entities had purchased over 25 million Indiana shares this year.
Note, Indiana's CFO and past sole Director and Shareholder of Target has received over 2,000,000 free shares in Indiana in the past 18 months by just being contracted to Indiana.
