Whilst i once enjoyed jcurve's thoughts and analysis on some posts, i think now its just alot of nonsense. No offense intended. Just my opinion. Youre entitled to think the same of me.
The company repaid convertible notes with monies raised.
Stock closed at 2.9c, almost double what it was 14 days ago. Im not sure what the convertible notes are done at but it will likely be some component of vwap from past periods.
If thats the case, the convertible note provider will be getting the stock at 1.8-2.0-2.2-2.4-2.6c (depending on how far back the contract provides for on vwap).
They will then sell in the market and the stock will struggle to climb.
The company has done the right thing, infact, im wondering why they didnt pay back more?
This is a positive sign no matter which way you look at it in my unbiased and perhaps naive analysis.
