I don't know about any takeover rumours, I'm assuming it's following the whole ressources/material sector: money is rotating away from high growth Tech.
Note: price is back up where it was a week ago $3.
All above being said: I'm a very happy long term holder with plenty of value still with 3 to 5 years view.
