If that was the case, you'd think it would be price-sensitive, ergo INF would have to report it (the person leaving, at least).

I know it's a bit of an echo-chamber here, but there must be thousands of shareholders who don't post on/read/even know about HC. I'm sure they're just as frustrated with the delays as we are (not that INF can really do much besides hurry up and wait, just like us) and, inevitably, some have sold (either can't afford to hang onto their shares or have moved onto other things). I've certainly sold some of my underperforming stocks to take advantage of some good-value opportunities.

I'm sure there's nothing more to it than that.
