Basically, last year Anglo Gold Ashanti were given the 'option' to buy shares in LCL until a future date (09/10/21) for a fixed price of 16c / share.
Because they didn't take up the option (exercising their options) by the expiration date the options are now expired. This is just the standard ASX form showing those options have expired, and are no longer of any importance.
