This is the way of the future. All leftists companies are being set up like this: machines with lots of cogs going round but absolutely no output shaft. It's their invention: I call it the 'problem economy'.
Pretty much everyone in private sector jobs is now solving problems created by other people in government sector jobs. No productive output anywhere. Some public company directors have cottoned on that public companies no longer have to ever deliver a return to shareholders. In fact to produce any profit is frowned upon by these socialists.
They are allowed to exist by governments as salary payg cash cows for the bloated staff complement of 'problem solvers' that never produce anything of significance for enterprise growth. The more staff, the happier the government is.
