These 10c options (MNBAF) were offered under an Employee Incentive Scheme all the way back in 2021- the main recipient was Blair Snowball, who had just been appointed as new CFO. The share price was actually much higher back then, in 2021 than it is now. MNBAF was effectively a sign-on bonus'. Sad to see them lapse. Blair in particular stood to receive a large cash windfall and must be disappointed.
