They were actually issued on 9th July 2021 when the share price closed at 8.3 cents, though it did continue to peak at around 21c toward the end of October 2021. (just shows how it can rise quickly ! ) Steve Abbott had 4m along with Blair's 6m, don't know who got the other 10m.
Both Steve and Blair would have paid tax on their implied value, suppose they can now claim that?
I am quite sure when the moment is right (after finance etc) the company will find a way to reward them.
