Like any type of negotiation like what apparently is occurring here, nothing can be announced until signed.
The more troubling issue is how the have used the non lodgement of the 4D to have the stock suspended from trade.
Thousands of companies world wide engage in takeover, merger and commercial deal negotiations yet Captain Chaos Miller has used a technicality to prevent trading. Commercial negotiations whatever they may be nor a "strategic review " are not reasons the ASX would accept for an extended trading halt.
Like any type of negotiation like what apparently is occurring...
