Ironically Realtek could pose a complication in negotiation of a merger. As it stood, being primary creditor they were in a position to take all but lose $2.5M in a wind up, or take control with a DOCA. As with all other large holders, if a merger were to involve devaluation or decrease in number of shares, how would that fit with their $2.5M debt arrangement with Nuheara ?
