The entity, whoever it was did well out of it. They kept it offshore (20/30 healthcare?) but anyone here, if offered, could have taken a $3M short term loan and made the same tidy profit. Maybe it was a local player in disguise acting through the US front. As I remember, they got it for around a 25% premium on sp (that is a handy profit for starters). Their trickle selling at profit certainly restrained the sp.
