The LInd/Bergen CN’s should never have happened
The Bergen CN was a disaster for NUH and was not disclosed properly in Dec 2021, anyone reading the term sheet announced would never get the numbers that were reported.
Another case of Miller omitting a key piece of information
It is incredible that NUH was not able to build at least 2 quality relationships with local brokers to avoid the CN’s, NUH needs to raise regular capital and for local brokers that is their bread and butter. I was told by one person that Miller was difficult to deal with. It is what happened in late 2021, they were using a broker for a capital raise, Miller became belligerent so the broker told him to go jump and he was forced to use Bergen.
Something similar happened with Lind. Miller explained it as markets had dried up which was total BS

I knew it was Bergen, but they could have been used as the front for a local investor. It would have appeared to have been an inside job if simply given to a local investor such was the profitable deal.
