There were no deals done with investors. My prediction is that they knew that unless they put more money in then it was gone months ago as opposed to now. The Hail Mary was thrown and the result was an airball. Last option for the company IMO is to raise as much as they can at about 1c and then recapitalise. It would have to be underwritten and satisfy the ASX on what they want. I personally wouldn’t invest at 1c but it is shaping as the only option. Company looks cooked though. Unless one of the three parties that you claim want the company actually want it? Who are they by the way?
