I have tried to get a report to see if this was a legitimate offloading or manipulation.
As frustrating as it can get, one member of Patrys is playing hard to deal with.
If the information is leaked before announcement, the company is breaching
the ASX Listing Rules which is a continuous disclosure obligation.
This obligation is imposed by listing rule 3.1 stating that a company must immediately disclose to ASX of information that might have material change effect on the price or value of the entity's/securities.
Patrys will follow the guide line set by ASX or there will be a lawsuit knocking on the company's door.
