Here goes - anyone can correct me if wrong.
Read the reasons for the cessations.
The 4185 were performance rights - the conditions for exercising those rights were not meet or incapable of being meet. So were forfeited.
The 12413 were some options under an employee scheme. Some of these were converted into ordinary share the remaining were forfeited - 12413.
Just a point from all that --- PLS has issued around 3,200,000 new shares in the last week or so. It was below 3,000,000,000 - now 3,002,744,893. Would have a small impact on the SP.
