It seems to me that PRL is primarily a vehicle for the directors to enrichen themselves at shareholder expense.
I don't think their flagship project has any real substance, though I will admit, it has done a remarkable job at generating enough hype to 10x their share price over a three year period... from 0.004 in April 2020 to 0.04 today.
