Correct. There were long term incentives announced a few (2, 3?) years ago which required the employee to stay in the business and deliver on the 2025 plan. If those employees leave, and some possibly have given the labor market issues also extend to white collar staff, they are no longer entitled to the incentive plan.
This is nothing more than a cleansing of those rights and all holders will be better off in the long run.
